Happy 4th of July! I am writing this first entry into this blog while listening to distant fireworks sounds over Lake Gaston.
This blog is being created to tell a story about the evolution of a new concept in design called COZI Living.
About twenty two years ago, a cardiac clinical nurse specialist decided it was time to change careers. After establishing a mail order heritage craft business, the entrepreneurial spirit was born. With several years of interior design education and a very supportive family an interior design business was launched in rural, northeastern North Carolina. Fighting all the odds of small town living and a limited customer base the business grew and expanded over the years. The business relocated to Lake Gaston in 1993 and as they say "the rest is history".
Future postings will describe the evolution of COZI and design concepts for COZI living.
